I have ordered grocery items from flipkart worth Rs 3039 and already paid for it. After delivery as I am a working lady and as I was not at home the delivery boy delivered the item at my home . After checking the products I have found almost ~ 500 Rs product is missing from the package. Since then I have tried to contact flipkart customer care , first the customer care executive was reluctant to listen to the issues and cut the phone on face . Then my husband called from his number as he is a plus member the executives listen to him and raised complaint and only 43 Rs item has been refunded but the other refunds are rejected. I’m repeatedly trying to contact flipkart and they are repeatedly rejecting the request. This is an utterly fraud from flipkart grocery delivery . Please do an urgent action against flipkart grocery delivery as well as ekart and the delivery executive. The Flipkart order ID : OD226167289375457000
