Hi team,

I had ordered grocery items and raised missing item complaints multiple 4 times on
Order ID – OD226082803690264000
delivery date – September 28,2022

The 6 kg( 3 packets of 2 kg each) of ariel matic top load detergent product is missing in delivery. Refer attached 2 pictures ,one is actual delivery highlighting 3 packets(6 kg) missing and other picture of expected product page(4 packets).

I raised return/refund complaints multiple times starting day of delivery but customer care not resolving this serious issue despite sharing proofs that 6kg (3 packets) is missing which is accepted by Delivery person Akash that it is seller’s mistake.

This is CHEATING, ILLEGAL and UNACCEPTABLE, seller is cheator.refer picture proof of delivery that clearly shows 3 packets( 6 kg) missing.

Take this complaint seriously, return/ refund 1078 Inr money immediately to original bank account/card ASAP.
Consider this as legal show cause notice, as I have raised cheating/fraud legal case with national consumer team to take strict action on flipkart by cancelling their license and penalty for doing fraud with old customer like me and not refunding despite multiple complaints.
