I had order 13 grocery items from Flipkart (Order No: OD227125253710978000) on 22nd Jan 2023 which was delivered with only half of the total items on 24th Jan 2023. Total of 6 items were missing. I had complaint the customer care twice, they acted like they would solve the problem but on the every third day of my call to customer care, they just drop a text saying they cannot fulfill the request. What shall i do now? Should the loss be of consumers?? This is a total fraud, causing disturbance to the consumers. This wasn’t expected from Flipkart!
