I ordered one AC from Flipkart on 31st March and got delivered on 8th April. And on 12th April the installation team came and we saw that this is the wrong product, actually lower model from which we ordered. And after that they did all the verification and then they messaged me on 21th April that the seller doesn’t have the right product so they will initiate the return and will give me refund. But after that they cancelled the return request don’t know why and now they are saying they can’t take the return and this is my fault for not contacting them. After receiving confirmation that this item will get returned and refunded, I ordered again AC and now I have got 2 AC’s. Please help me with this fraud which flipkart is doing with me.
