I ordered a new mobile POCO C31 from flipkart.com | Order ID – OD225574851843662000 And I paid to Flipkart MRP 7,028/- Pay on order..Ordering date – 27.07.2022 and 29.07.2022. at 2:30pm. received a mobile from flipkart.I am first time return request to Flipkart on 04.08.2022 , telling him…Sometimes on my smartphone poco c31 3/32gb the screen is flickering and restarting automatically.Sometimes no sim card sign is showing even though sim card is inserted.After some time network sign shows and after some time no sim card sign again, even after restarting this problem is seen many times.And SD card is not showing in file manager even when SD card is inserted in SD card slot, but external SD card is showing in file manager when inserted through OTG.And texted…I am facing many problems with my device, due to which I want to return this smartphone.Flipkart Technician visiting on – 07.08.2022.He checked and found no fault with the phone. So I gave him the recorded video proof.However, my return request was cancelled.2nd return request once more on – 07.08.2022.Technician visit on – 08.08.2022.The technician is visiting 2nd times, even there my approval is not getting done.Technician is not able to check well, only 5-10 minutes of checking does not work.I will also provide the flipkart technician with some recorded video of my device problems.As a same result giving on me – Return request cancelled.Now this time 12.08.2022 – As my device shows no SIM card signal, I restarted the mobile. But now the mobile is not turning on.3rd time return request – 12.08.2022.And 3nd time I am providing a video link to flipkart.

They called me & say sorry your return request has been expired in out of date 09.08.2022.your returning time has passed out.I said.. my phone is not turning on now, what should I do next now.They said that I am sorry that your return request option is not showing, so I cannot help you in this regard.
I have been telling from the beginning that my phone is having problems. Why didn’t returning my phone when I first & 2nd time returning request .They kept cancelling 2 times.they are making excuses like this.NOW FLIPKART DO NOT TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST THE SELLER.WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME! I AM TOTALLY CONFUSED WHAT I DO… PLEASE FLIPKART RETURN YOUR MOBILE.
