I have purchased a samsung smartphone through Flipkart and they have given me a refurbished phone instead of a new one. Now I am facing difficulty with my phone and when I check with Samsung store they told me its a refurbished phone. I am trying to talk to them I spoke to multiple agents and they disconnect the call. I will provide my order Invoice and samsung store copy showing this is a refurbished phone. I am unable to attach it here and hence awaiting your reply
