Flipkart Fraud with Wrong IMEI and tampered Mobile Phone

Text of Complaint by Rupam Dey:

I ordered a Motorola G60 via Flipkart (order Id-OD123512853273721000) on 30th Nov’21.
I received the product on 2nd December and on opening the outside logistic box, I found the brand box of the mobile was completely tampered, even the side of the Box was novishly repaired with a tape. Moreover the company seal of the Box was also broken. I didn’t waited a minute and bothered to open the box. I requested for the replacement right away. On 6th December the replacement arrived and when the delivery boy opened the box and mobile to check the IMEI, it was found that the bill,box and mobile had three different IMEI’s. Only the box IMEI was matching with his records. I was denied replacement and I raised the issue again with Flipkart customer support. I contacted day and night and even talked with senior supervisor’s. But no result. Everyone gave me same excuse that my issue will be resolved and they issued another replacement. They had all in their records about the IMEI mismatch and tampered seal but they are denying me delivery. Today, 9th Dec’21 again the second replacement arrived and again it was denied by the wishmaster. Customer Care Executives failed to give me satisfactory explanation. I want to take severe action against the seller (Treasure Haul Online) for an attempted fraud and also ask Flipkart about their pathetic Customer Support. It has been almost 10 days that I am in this trouble. Please Help me to settle this issue.
