OD113609997880103000 dt.11.10.2018 subsequently complained refer IN180181152142403123 dt.18.10.2018 informed that during the 10 to 14 October ordered VU TV under exchange for Rs.3000/- which at your site clearly mentioned working or non-working condition. Under non-working, no switching on, audio or screen whereas your delivery boy from E-Kart demanded Rs.3000/- cash saying that they will not take non-working TV as per instruction inspite producing / showing the print shot of Flipkart website that exchange under working or non-working condition. While complaining your staff informed that by 21st October Flipkart will contact and will solve the issue sametime, he also checked up that delivery person should take non-working TV against exchange offer, surprisingly Flipkart without consultance has cancelled the order when contacted one after the other your idiot and thug Flipkart staffs saying that due to non-delivery / non-acceptance of delivery of VU TV it has been returned to seller and order has been cancelled with initiation of return of the value paid This shows that Flipkart is untrustable online shipping company and it is true that they cheat customers with false commitment and their delivery persons are also crucked, non-co-operative as well as criminal, who comes to home and demand money without even bringing the new product at home and saying that they will not give the receipt, instead of taking any action for their own mistake by Flipkart, inspite of explaining everything about the incident Flipkart / seller has cancelled the order and we have lost the discount opportunity even from Amazon because of your non-c-operative, idiot staffs who is only repeating that due to non-delivery or acceptable of TV it has been returned or cancelled. Whereas our complaint never says such. We are going to take up this matter legally under consumer court, we have print shot of your exchange offer while placing the order and not only going to take up the legal action but to aware the Indian consumer through every media for the wrong doing, non-committing, false offer about Flipkart stating that it is untrustable, if you don’t provide us the same VU TV as per the order mentioned above with same exchange offer and with the same price.
