Hello sir i was cheated by flipkart, they showed an offer on R17 pro so i ordered the item by paying money through BAJAJ FINANCE PVT EMI CARD, I have added an exchange item for this so get discount offer they mentioned, when the delivery attemp they said product is not fit to exchange because there is a scratch on exchane (old) mobile, but as per their condition scratches and dents are acceptable, I am attaching the mobile pics of exchange item which they rejected, I have raised issue about this on flipkart, they said they won’t cancelled the order until they give any solution for this but they cancelled it in this morning
