I ordered this on 20th Sep 2022 and that was showing an estimated delivery date of 28th Sep 2022. and on 21st Sep it was showing shipped. and the date of delivery the product was not delivered, I have tried to connect to customer care. Then the status changed and it was showing the product will be delivered in the next 2-3 days.
And on the 5th Oct, the product has been canceled without my knowledge and without any notification. This is how Flipkart provides service to the customer.
Pathetic service and it was not the first time. It’s not acceptable, I wasted 15 days to get the product and suddenly you guys canceled the product. I am going to take action against this because this was a gift for the occasion that has been affected by a personal issue that should have been delivered to the person on the specified date.
Also, I contacted the customer executive on the call, here is the reference number IN22100520021626538. He was supposed to sort this out with his senior and provide a solution
But I haven’t received any call yet or email about the above reference number.
