Dear flipkart team.
I am a regular consumer of your services and have been purchasing things from Flipkart for quite long.
But recently, I had made an order of Lista 10 Card Holder (set of 5). It was clearly mentioned as a set of 5 but I received only 1 card holder. I called the customer care helpline and they assured me a replacement. The replacement again contained just 1 card holder. When I asked the delivery boy and explained him about the issue, he said “maybe the rest will come one by one soon” Is this a joke? I have purchased multi packs earlier and it never happened so before. Neither I got any more of them delivered. I have taken a screen video record to show that my order was clearly mentioned to be a ‘set of 5’. Kindly either give me the rest of the 3 card holders or don’t put such misleading products on the market.
