Hi,

My Order ID – OD126258234630219000
Product: IPhone 13

I am writing this email related to my recent purchase which is iPhone 13. I bought this phone on 14th of October and I received the phone on 18th of October. The delivery was open box delivery. While cross checking the phone in front of a delivery boy, he asked me for the OTP and I gave him the OTP. I was checking my phone I was still reviewing it and suddenly I found a little scratch or dent around the charger point of the phone and showed that dent to the delivery boy and I told him that I want to return this product Now but the delivery boy already verified the OTP and I received the notification that order has been delivered. That is the first mistake from the Flipkart delivery boy that he marked the order delivered after then he told me that you can return this product or replace this product from this option and after that I’d tried to make a contact with Flipkart customer service. From 18th October today is 26th I still not got any resolution regarding my phone. I wanted to replace my phone because it is defected from the charge point and I am trying to contact Flipkart customer services and every day I am just listening this that seller is not accepting the request. First Flipkart gave me the date of 22nd of October That my order will be replaced by 22nd and then they shifted to 23rd and then 30th then 4th of November and now 6th of November. I don’t know why Flipkart is doing this with me. I am not saying seller is wrong neither me too but Flipkart is wrong here your delivery boy verified the OTP before showing me the phone and said me “I am in hurry i have to go distribute more products”

now what should i do? Where should i go now? All Flipkart customer service is rubbish no one is helping me they just keep marking the open tickets resolved and shifting the date ahead. Please help me with the resolution. I am not saying that return my product i just want replacement. Attaching the photos of the defect.
