My name is satyam sahu . I m using flipkart , i was an old customer of Flipkart but they blocked my flipkart id without informing then mailed me, And he wrote that because of your high number of return, ur flipkartid has been blocked.But this is a fraud if I had used their paylater at that time then they would have blocked the id by giving a reminder first By which we would pay their paylater bill on time, before the block.But after we got blocked, I’d I call the customer care many times. But the side of Flipkart customer care donot give any solution & behave rudely many times. & I also msg flipkart support team & flipkart in facebook tweeter But those people did not help us there.Even after this flipcar calls & msg us every day to remind us to pay paylter bill. But Howz this possible when I clicked link to pay bill of my paylater account , asks for our flipkart account from which we use it. I complain many time to flipkart support team that if you do not unblock our flipkart account then at least provide us the link to my flipkart paylater bill but no one helped me kindly help me . I want to pay my flipkart paylater bill but frm flipkart side Do not give any link to pay my bill ,Of those now extra money charged because of late. This is fraud kindly help me pls. ? they blocked my account but asking to pay a pay later , here I’m unable to pay due to account blocked issue . It’s asking to login first then how I able to pay ? From flipkart side (if you not pay then you will charge by extra amount ) I really don’t know to slow this issue kindly please help
