I bought a havells fan from flipkart vide the Order Id:OD125470385845271000
and the product delivered was faulty and packaging torn. I raised the return request within the 10 days policy. I followed repeatedly with the Flipkart customer care team on their number and it was assured to me that the return would happen by 28th and refund would be processed. When i checked on 28th July , the return had been cancelled without any intimation and now Flipkart is saying that the return window has lapsed and the seller cancelled the return.Flipkart must be having all the call recordings for verifying the facts of this matter.
Similarly, another order for 1 more havells fan was placed vide the order id OD125473982923726000 in which the motor of the fan was faulty and the blades were bent. I immediately raised a return request. Again despite following up with the customer care team, where they committed that return would happen by 28th, this return was cancelled on 27th. Again, Flipkart is not owning this matter.
This is a clear case of fraud by Flipkart and its seller. When I am using Flipkart to make the purchase and make the payment, how can they tell me that the seller cancelled the product and they cant do anything about it.
