Text of Complaint by Mansoor:

Dear Sir.,

I’m Mansoor, I am writing this because of a delay in the delivery of my product. I placed the order oppo reno 6 in your flipkart app on 5 oct 2021 so its expected delivery was 6 oct 2021. But due to unknown reasons , it can’t be delivered. So the company had given me the new expected delivery date so it was 7 oct 2021, 8 oct 2021, 9 oct 2021, 10 oct 2021. But it was also delayed because of unknown reason So the company provided a new expected delivery date that is 12 oct 2021. So the company again provided a new expected delivery date that is 13 oct 2021. But today is the 14th of October but I didn’t get my product delivered. So, it’s a request to you to take action on why this company is giving unexpected delivery dates. Now i called the customer care and he said i have to wait the next 25 days to get the delivery. I had also paid the full amount of my product which is not in emi, So it’s my request to Refund tmy Money as soon as possible within 24 hrs. I mentioned my order details above also attaching the screenshots of an order.
I complained to the Consumer Court.
