I buy a new smartphone on 25.6.2021 . Bt flipkart sent a scratched product. Next day i raised return req bt flipkart rejected my return req 4 times . I contact more than 30 times to flipkart customer care . I have 30plus call record nd proof bt customer care does not provide any resolution
