Dear sir,
I have ordered one Micromax mobile in FLIPKART on the date of 14th DEC 2021 and I received the product on the date of 16th . After receiving the product I get to know that the product was not good and there is a heating issue in the product. There is return policy in the product in the product till 23rd of DEC 2021 so I made a return request on the date of 18th DEC 2021. After that they accept the return request and assign for a technician visit 2 time and failed to make visit. Now with our making the visit they mentioned that the product was good and they reject the request. Then I made a complain call with the flipkart team they apologies that the fault is form their end and they told that they will investigate on this issue and give me solution on it. I am not going to believe the FLIPKART team any more thats why i have raised this complain. I need resolution for this issue and i need compensation for the delay which has been made by the FLIPKART team.
