Hi, On 20th April 2022, I booked my flight tickets from New Delhi to Atlanta from flipkart flights. PNR:G2AR7D. On 19th May2022 I have cancelled my flight for some personal reasons and I got a message stating that I will get a refund of Rs.66485. I waited for 7 days as it was mentioned but post that also I did not received my amount. On 25th May I called to enquire regarding my money and they asked me wait till 27th May. On 27th May 2022, I called flipkart flights again and they said that the amount jas been refunded on 19th May 2022. I checked with Bank of baroda for the refund but they have not received any amount from flipkart that needs to be credited to my account. On asking for transcationID and ARN number they did not give me. Now they have again asked me wait till 30th May but no details are given regarding the refund transaction done. Delta airlines has refunded the money but flipkart is making excuses ands not ready to give my money back.
