I booked a flight from Flipkart travel with Booking ID- FF1912053159922,
PNR- NPJKUS.
From IXJ- SXR for 20/12/2019 , flight is cancelled by the airlines due to bad weather and from that time I’m contacting flipkart travel regarding the refund amount but till now even after 12 months are over the refund is not initiated.
Also took ACM no. from vistara i.e. 8022825645 but even after sharing this to flipkart travel, the refund is not processed.
