I ordered mobile from flipkart I Kall K8 on 22nd April 19 with pay later option & delivered on 24 April’19, Which was faulty & not working & I raised a complaint for replacement on 25th April’19 & till 30th April I was receiving SMS from service center that engineer will visit but no engineer will visit & in the evening received SMS reschedule of visit & on 30th April received that replacement has been cancelled from flipkart & after that I have refused to pay flipkart amount & now they will not doing replacement or return of the product. Now I am getting mails of legal proceeding in which I have cheated from flipkart.
