I purchased a Tablet worth 15999rs with order ID OD125330050705832000, last year july 2022 it has one year warranty. I called up the number given by flipkart and the swipe person says that there is no onsite pickup for this i told him that in warranty service type it is written onsite pickup so the brand person told me flipkart does this for marketing we dont give onsite pickup. i purchased this product because of onsite service i dint know i am being fooled.. Brand service center is in pune. 600 kms far
I am contacting customer support they are helpless they only say contact brand thats it. Flipkart should be boycotted and i hope my complaint is heard and resolved. Flipkart is fooling customer once product is purchased they will never entertain you. They know that the seller is a scammer so they dont want the customer to catch hold of him and they keep exploiting customer rights. They should adhere to what is mentioned while selling now they are saying go to servive center or call them.. They just want to get rid of our complaints. I have given a lot of money for such a waste item
