Hi,

This is my second complaint about Flipkart.  On September 10, 2020, I ordered Apple Airpods Pro worth 21,299 rupees and they were delivered on September 12, 2020. I had also reordered iPhone XR which arrived today. These all items we’re actually a birthday gift for my wife. Surprisingly and shockingly, when unboxing the AirPods, they were fake, dirty, used AirPods(please see pictures attached), nicely packed in an Apple Airpods Pro box. Slowly, I am losing my patience with Flipkart. I have told my wife to file the police complaint at a local police station about cheating and fraud. How disappointing could it get, we all work hard to earn money and then when we spent it to buy stuff from an Indian company to promote Indian business instead of Chinese, they cheat us with fake and used stuff. Why? I will take action against them. This is unethical and shakes customers’ confidence.
