I placed an order on Flipkart for a detergent and five other items. Specifically, I ordered a detergent pack that was supposed to contain both a 4kg packet and a 2kg packet, totaling 6kg. However, when I received my package, I only received the 2kg packet along with the other items I ordered. I raised multiple issues regarding this problem through the Flipkart app and provided all the requested evidence to support my claim. Despite my efforts, Flipkart continuously rejected my complaints, citing reasons such as the seller rejecting the complaint or changes in their policies.
