I ordered realme 8 5g phone with exchange offer.My phone for exchange reminds note 4 with no problem but they rejected exchange to ask me some problems with phone whatever actually nothing problem with my phone.After that I pay exchange money and got my order than I complaint to customer care they registered my complaint.After some time I got message that exchange phone data mis matched this is a fraud because data is same that one I entered at purchase time.Flipkart totally making scam with customers to showing exchange offer but actually it is fraud.
