Flipkart & ekart doing fraud by delivery damaged product and after that not replacing/returning it by saying that product is delivered intact, and are delaying this issue again and again since a month

Text of Complaint by Jatin Singh:

• On 19th November I ordered my product (Boat Blitz multimedia home theater of ₹4804) and on 20th November the package(damaged product) has been delivered.
• I made the replacement request immediately after seeing the inner packaging of the product by giving reason of damaged product. And then I further opened the box then I found that the subwoofer is completely damaged. • ***And Flipkart charges ₹5 for handling this parcel also***
• On 22nd November Ekart wish master came & denying the product replacement by saying that raise the issue again giving reason Missing product and gone, but nothing was missing from package but the product is only damaged
• Again replacement request made by me it was scheduled for 26th November ,wish master not came and even not tried to contact me and then at the end of the day order was cancelled by saying that product verification is failed
• Then I contacted to a senior executive, she gave me two options that was refund and replacment, I chose refund and then as expected refund was also cancelled by them, This same thing happened again after this, refund is also cancelled two times by themselves
• Again replacement request made by me it was scheduled for 5th December and again same thing happened wish master not came and even not answering my calls, I called him 30-40 times that day and then at the end of the day, they saying that the order is cancelled by me. Great
All these things happening cause of that seller and wish master, all time same wish master was assigned for this task and same thing happened and seller is saying product delivered intact. Wow
• Then I contacted to another senior executive and raised replacement request with assigning another wish master now,and then on 9th December another wish master visits to verify product, but replacement denied again because that senior executive(she) raised replacement request by any other reason not by damaged product, even I mentioned clearly to her that the product is damaged. And this order is cancelled by Flipkart on 12th December, and after that I tried to raise another replacement request but they says please wait the system is stucked, after 5 days another request raised on 17th December when I tried to contact them daily. This shows senior executives also trying to delay this issue
• On 17th December replacement request was raised but confirmation of replacement request is being pending for 6 days now, they first says that you’ll get this issue resolved by 19th December, then says by 20th December, then says by 21st December, then says by 22nd December but request and issue is still pending
This is how they all delaying this issue and due to this and due to lack of communication they think that I will forget this issue, this is how they doing fraud.

Please resolve this issue, the last hope for me is consumer court now ??
