I had ordered a mattress from Flipkart which had to be delivered on 14th oct. I got a call from the delivery boy on 13th oct saying the order will be delivered today.
After he arrived he initally refused to deliver the product to my flat on the sixth floor but after speaking to his seniors. He managed to deliver it to the flat with the help of another boy.
We requested him to place the mattress on the bed in our bedroom. After the boys left we noticed that a watch that was lying on our table went missing.
From then we have been trying to get connected with Flipkart and ekart but we have received no help in finding the contact details of these boys.
