I have booked a flight on 18th July 2020.But the flight got cancelled by the fludubai airlines. They emailed me to cancel the booking myself but it was on pending for 2 months. I have been calling them from july 18 th to 21sep. Everytime i call they will say that it will be done in 24hrs, 2days, 10 days etc. They are cheating me everytime i call them. At this corona crisis time i have no money in my hand, if they refund the money it willbe so helpful. Once their customer executive siad that they will only take 930 rupees as their convenience fees and rest of the 11990 will be refunded. Its been months . Please take action to this complaint.

Same here!!!! I have also booked an air ticket on 20th September 2020 and cancel the ticket due to unforeseen reason on 11th October but still I am awaiting my money Rs. 4583/- back but no response from flipcart.
Flipcart dont have any customer care option where complaint can be listened.
