Iam Ordered an Realme GT Master Edition on 3rd October and Delivered on 5th October. After 1 day Mobile get’s Overheating and freezing continually, 2 day after phone get’s restarted 2 times a day and it’s continued.
While charging, The Mobile & Charger getting extremely hot like it will Blast.
Iam already make a Replacement Request on 12th October and A Technian came on 14th October, he’s just visited and check the mobile in just 15 Minutes and he’s says The Mobile working Ok You will not get Replacement,..
Iam Asking you , What kind of new fraud is this. How he knows the mobile is Ok, how he’s know it doesn’t restart.
And theres one Thing The mobiles Rear Camera Lence has a Scratch Inside Camera Glass. That’s a Manufacturing Defect.I Called Flipkart soo many times and explains my issue. The Consent Team called me but they never helps.
On 29/10/2021 Flipkart called me and said they will not Replace this product, I have to go to the service centre. Iam totally helpless. Please help me to resolve this problem.
