I had ordered 6 quantity of curtains on 21 oct 2022. On 1st Nov 2022, i received the package that had mentioned on it that it contain 6 set that i ordered but inside it i found only 1 set. I informed the customer care on the same day and they suggested that i should raise the return request for those missing curtains, mentioning the reason “item missing”. Since i wanted the whole set of 6 , i had to return the single piece that i got. Due to the same reason i had to cancel other set of window curtain(5 ft , 9 qty).
I raised the return request twice and both got cancelled stating the policy. I asked the customer care and they told to raise the return request with different reason and i did.
I m request for refund of two curtain. For 1 set , they have refunded Rs0 stating the price of the curtain got increase. For 2nd set, they are not picking up the item, causing me loss of Rs 718.
