Text of Complaint by Amit Biswas:

I brought 4 flight ticket from flipkart on 23 may of go air from Kolkata to jammu and when I was webchecking on 1 June there is a highlighter that the flight is canceled so I call the flipkart helpline number they say that I can cancel the ticket and I will get the full refund of my ticket that is about 17,000 rupees
so I want to flipkart and cancle the ticket and it is showing only 3331 rupees refund so I contact the flipkart customer care and they say it is a technical error you will get your full refund after some days I got only 3331 rupees so i contact the customer they say please call the airlines and I call airlines but they say we can’t help because you book the ticket via flipkart and when I call flipkart again they say will call you in 24 to 48 hours so I wait for 48 hours they didn’t call It continue for about 10 time and after 23 days I didn’t get the call so please help me
