Text of Complaint by kushum:

I have ordered 1 mop set from flipkart on 12th Dec, i got the moo set but it was broken hence i have raised replacement, 1st replacement was not successful hence i have raise 2 nd as suggested by flipkart customer executive, 2 nd one also not done and i got mail from flipkart customer on 27th dec that deliver partner is unable to deliver in your location, hence we will refund your amount, I have waited for refund for 4-5 days and called to customer care again on 2nd jan, they have asked me to wait for 2 more days and then call back if still i did not get refund. After 2 days also i did not get refund and from that day i m continue calling them but they are not responding properly, sometime saying we did not send this type of mail to you , however i have send them copy of mail, now saying time period is closed so can not do anything , my issue is going on from 10 days , they are not doing anything and at last saying time is finished for this product hence can not do anything, also in call they are disconnecting again and again , i am calling multiple time in a day.
