I had placed order for 2 comfy bean bags on 28th November and delivery for the same was showing 5th November.
None of the bags were delivered on 5th and the application showed next delivery date as 12th November.
On 6th I raised a concern for delayed delivery and asked the person on call to cancel both orders and i was told my refund would be done in 24 hours.
When I checked the next time only one order was showing cancelled and refund approved.
I asked as it was more than 24 hours and I was told once seller refunds I will get refund, which does not make sense to me.
Also when I asked to cancel the 2nd bean bag I was told i cannot cancel it as seller wont allow.
I called today, after 10days of 1st cancellation to ask for refund and I was told refund was not initiated in the system.
Also the time frame this time for refund was 23rd November.
After all my talks at about 8.30pm I get a message on flipkart application stating my cancelled order is delivered and my refund is cancelled when I haven’t received the product.
I am not sure why this is happening but this is untrue and very bad experience.
I request you to please look into this as I dont have my product, nor my money.
