Flipkart did fraud with me. They delivered me a pre activated and internally damaged phone (Redmi A2)

Text of Complaint by Rohit Kumar:

I had bought a phone ( Redmi A2) on 22 August, 2023 from online shopping app Flipkart and they delivered me a pre-activated and internally damaged phone on 23rd August 2023. When the phone was delivered it was working properly but when I put it in charging it did get charge and not supporting any other charger and after some time it became switch off. Next day I contacted the Flipkart Customer Care Service they asked me to go and replace your phone from Xiaomi Service Center. After this I went to Xiaomi Service Center and I was very surprised when they told me that my phone was activated on 11 August 2023 and denied to replace my phone and gave me a copy of phone’s details. This photo shows the details of my phone. After this I again tried to contact the Flipkart but they did not reply to my mail. Now I want to take a legal action against this scam and fraud done by Flipkart.
