I ordered a phone from FLIPKART with one exchange of my other phone. but delivery boy refused to take old phone. He asked me to give full payment including my exchange phone value. At that time only i filled a compaint against that in flipkart service center. They told me that they will give you another way to proceed. but after some time they just mailed me that your order is cancelled.

Without asking me, they wrote that as per your request this order is cancelled.

There term and condition about my exchange phone is completely full filled
