I have purchased Crompton Marvel 40 Aircooler on 27.05.2023 at Rs.6765.00. it was delivered on 01.06.2023. While ordering the air cooler installation person assigned on 01.06.2023 but no one is came for installation they cancelled installation without intimation. I contacted customer care on 03.06.2023 they confirmed no one is assigned for installation they suggested install yourself. I unbox the product and asper manual i filled the water and ice cubes. The machine is working but no cooling in air. The aircooler throw out the heat air. The room temperature same air is coming there is no cooling in air.its working like a table fan.the quality of products is very poor. Iam disappointed about the product.i contact customer care regarding the issue they denied replacement or returned the product. There is no response from them after continues follow up.they assigned ons technician on 20.06.2023. he came checked he said the aircooler like a table fan don’t expect the cooling from the cooler. The flipkart is denied my return and replacement request. They cheated me
