I had purchased new mobile phone on Flipkart against order ID: OD328616199659316100 dated 14th July 2023 . New phone (Realme 11 Pro+) purchased against exchange of old phone (Realme narzo 30 Exchange value: Rs:7100). But Flipkart denied to pickup exchange phone & denied to give exchange price Rs:7100.
