ThisĀ is regarding my Flipkart complaint IN1908272349583003331 inĀ reference to order number OD116365241820440000
placed on 26/8/19. There was an offer of 3000rs discount on prepaid transactions. So after reading the terms and conditions of the offer carefully, I made a prepayment via one of the eligible banks listed in the offer. But unfortunately I was not given any discount. I called the Flipkart customer care as soon as i could to report this complaint and they told me that it was because of some technical problem in Flipkart online site and I was asked to wait for a resolution.
Since then, I have been waiting for a resolution, but Flipkart denied it by giving me some lame excuses that were not mentioned clearly in the terms and conditions. I am being cheated by Flipkart and the seller Omnitech retail. I am really disappointed by the fraudulent Flipkart customer support as they have closed my complaint ticket on their own without even giving a resolution. I want my deserved discount of RS. 3000 as cashback in my original mode of payment as soon as possible. Hope consumer complaints court will help me in most fair way. Thanks
