Hi I received my dell laptop order OD121454786352282000 as on 7 April in but the laptop speaker was not working then I follow the term and condition and logged the complaints with dell ,after all troubleshooting dell team confirmed there is hardware issue and need to change this hardware(speaker) so I raised the return request in Flipkart and it approved by Flipkart also.
On 21 April at 7 pm courier guy came to my home without informing me and asked to replace the laptop ,laptop was locked with password and I also shared password with him but he denied to login the laptop and said I don’t have a time and moved from my house ,he also argued with my wife with unprofessional behaviour.
I requested to him plz wait for 10 min I will reach at home but he didn’t wait and went to without laptop exchange.
I also informed to Flipkart customer care against this incident he confirmed he will help me but today my return has cancelled and Flipkart said sorry we can’t process for return.
So plz help me what should I do..
