Dear Concern,
I would Like To Provide you a written complaint for Flipkart E Commerce Website misconduct.
Kindly Find The Below Mentioned Points of My Complaint:-
1-I booked a pioneer Ts-wx306B sub woofer From Car Accessories Section On the date of 18/09/2020.
2-At The Time Of Order the delivery date will be 24th of September 2020,But i got a shipment delay msg From E Cart on 22/09/2020.
3-i waited till 24/09/2020 but the product was not delivered then i talk to customer care ,they told, again wait till 28/09/2020.
4-Again i waited for my product on Rescheduled date, but Flipkart was unable to deliver my product Even On 28/09/2020 , again i make a call to Customer and They gave me a new next date of deliver on 01/10/2020.
5- On 1st October 2020 Flipkart Again Broke The Commitment and The Product was not deliver yet on due date 01/10/2020.
6-After So Much Follow-ups And A Number Of Calls On 3rd October 2020 Flipkart Delivered a wrong product i.e. A brass flower potb in spite of my real book product Pioneer Tswx306b Car Sub woofer Which Is Entirely Different Product.
7-After Recieving The Wrong I sent a return Request on the same date 03/10/2020.but Flipkart Rejected my request Stating That I HAd Not Provided The ID Documents(WHICH WAS NOT REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ORDER). Again I Raised a New return request on 05/10/2020 Along With The ID Documents then Flipkart approved it and assured me that product will be REPLACED on 8 Oct 2020 .
8.I Was in A Positive Vibe that This Time Filpkart Will Fulfill Its Commitment as this Time Their Social Media Peoples Was In Touch With Me, but Unfortunately again I got a msg of shipment delay on and Will Provide The Product On 12 Oct 2020. But Till The Date i.e. 14 Oct 2020 I haven’t Got The Product Nor They Picked Up The Wrong Product (Brass flower Pot) From My Home.
I am Trying To Cancel This Order But It Is not Possible In Their APP ,Nor I Am Getting Any Support From Flipkart.
Now I had PAid Full Amount For My Product But Got Wrong Product, and They are Not Returning It, Nor They are Refunding My amount. They Just Forcefully Provide Me A Product Of Half The Cost and Using My Money From PAst 26 Days.
Kindly Help Me In Getting My Product Or Money, as In This Act of Fraud By Flipkart and They Also Misconducted with Me and Mentally Harassed Me.
Also I paid All The Amount so They Breach The Contract Of Sale.
