I placed an order in Flipkart on 23 July 2023. The delivery boy called and asked me for the OTP and I shared the OTP with him on 24th July 2023. Since I was residing in a Army Camp, that is what the delivery boys do normally. They will hand over the parcel at the designated place after receiving the parcel. But, after checking with the officers in the main gate, I got to know that there is no parcel in my name. I tried the customer service of Flipkart and they are saying that they cant do anything.
