I had ordered samsung s21fe with order id OD328218660386591100 from flipkart on 29 may 2023 and when it reached to me i checked it’s activation date with the help of Samsung service centre because i found minor scratchs on it and this phone is activated on 19 march 2023 it means it is refurbished its warranty is also till 19 march and it clears itself that it is activated on that date and when i tried many times to return it they are saying to me we are sorry you cannot return it they rejected my every raised request. Phone has also overheating issue and i don’t know why seller is rejecting it as he don’t want to give me new phone. Technician are also not supportive. Flipkart customer care are saying we will contact you regarding this no phone call comes from their side one week is over. Please help me in returning this phone.
