I ordered a steelbird helmet from Flipkart being order I’d is OD125292584737918000 dated 24.06.2022 but delivered me an used local brand breakage helmet. I complain to customer executive but the customer executive wrongly lodged my complaint for replacement of same brand helmet while I received local brand helmet and the customer executive misguide me.
