Flipkart delivered Maggie noodles worth rs 189/-(2*89) but charged rs 340/- . A price higher than MRP. When complained to custumer care on same day the product was delivered ie 1 july, flipkart denied to file complaint saying that “their system has no update about delivery” and ask that item is marked for further solution. But no call came for 1 week then i again contacted customer care and lodged a compliant ( complaint number:- IN23071013342110250111), But finally flipkart responded over phone on 11th july23 that ” it was too late to complaint the product and they could not solve my problem”
I was made to pay a amount higher for cheaper MRP product
