I have placed on order in flipkart for the product Viv Ethnic Closed Peshawari Men Brown Casual 9 720 | 720-Brown-09″ .

I received the wrong color of the product hence i placed an exchange order with Exchange ID: 12202690107151772557 however due to technical issues it got cancelled.

Now, when i try to reach customer care of Flipkart, the support provided by them is useless. In the past 30 mins of chat there have been 3 chat agents that have been switched over and no one provides me with the right resolution. Upset with the customer service of flipkart. I need my money back in terms of a refund .

This type of service is really annoying and makes me feel unable to place any more orders on flipkart. I expect I will get a solution by writing this email. Please find the attached invoice, exchange id and Chats screen shot for your reference.
