I ordered a Fridge Online on Flipkart for Rs. 29999/- of 331 Litre capacity of Godrej brand
I got delivery on 08.09.23 of a LG fridge 185 litre capacity
The invoice in the deivery box was adressed to someone else
I contacted Flipkart with all the details as it seemed like a shipping mistake
The customer care told me they will arrange return, but the next day they said seller rejected my claim
I contacted them again with all the photos and the staff on the customer care phone assured me this will be solved but again on 11.09.23 they said the return is rejected
They said they have delivered a fridge its not their problem
