Flipkart order ID No – 0D123363967704404000
I have ordered one Havells geyser on Flipkart on 13th Nov 21. It is delivered on 20th No 21and as parts was missing so I returned it on 25th Nov and got replacement on 29th Nov21. The replacement product was received in damaged condition. So I have raised complaint for return and refund. It is approved also. But after 10 days over the Flipkart not picked up the damage product from me and not refunded my money. I have called daily 3/4 times to Flipkart consumer care but there is no response from Flipkart.
Kindly support me to get refund of my money.
