Fwd: Regarding damage shoes delivered. Order ID – OD327105399527986100

I received damage item call yesterday by agent Flipkart grivence agent and she assure me that you will get replacement and she initiated the exchange. I got today return was pending because agent was selected wrong reason. This is really shame and i need replacement now. There Is cut in uper shoe capless and it’s worst experience ever seen by Flipkart and i think i have lost my faith on you. I need replacement now.

Flipkart customer service is really Bulshit and pathetic journey for the customer. I m premium customer and your customer service is really bad not helpful at. I need replacement now it’s b’day gift for my brother and need replacement now. They confirm replacement approved but i have to wait 10th Feb 23 which is not acceptable. I have paid full money and this appealing service and who is going to compensate this for delay and worst customer service.

I hope you can understand the situation and provide me the resolution.
