Text of Complaint by Himanshu:

I have ordered Redmi 12 from flipkart for 9999, it’s auto-brightness is not working, i just found on 2nd day.
I called flipkart, told them the issue and asked for replacement but flipkart denied by saying that I have to go to service centre.
I asked them ” I paid for new phone, why should I go to service centre” cause i knew service centre guys will open the phone and give me the repaired one and I didn’t want that to happen.
The service centre is is 70-80km away so I have to spend 500rs atleast from my pocket for the phone costing 9999 and It’s not my fault that phone i received was faulty, Flipkart should take responsibility as they delivered the product.
