/we have ordered Bluestar purifier in flipkart on 19101/2022. they delivered second hand product and there are scratches on it and there is wrapping to product, no flipkart package…we have requested replacement but they are rejected 4 times and there is no proper response from them ..customer support disconnecting the call…this is 3 rd time we have received 2nd hand product.
