On 16th July 2019 I ordered for a Redmi note 7 pro black colour mobile phone
order id OD116009958434341000
Product price Rs. 12814.00
I received product on 18th June 2019 at 09:15pm.
Unfortunately product is defective and not performed well because microphone is either not available or defective.
I did complaint same day to flipkart customer complaint department about said issues and they arranged technical visit.
Technical person checked and found issues with microphone and recommended for exchange.
On 22nd July 2019 again ekart’s courier boy came with replacement mobile. While checking old defective mobile phone he started scratching with nails and said , there is a small minor scratch near edge’s curv area that is why he will not exchange new handset with defective mobile.
Now again they sending technical person to check which is ruin my time and I am loosing my patience.
They have increased the replacement duration and not replacing this defective mobile phone.
What should I do for this??
I hardly used it only 25 minutes for setting and SIM card inserting.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your quick action for new exchange or refund soon.
I am very old and genuine customer of flipkart and have made multiple purches through flipart but now I am very disappointed and feeling my self faked. I have a e garbage of Rs.12812.00
